We invite You to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “GTC”) as well as the Site’s Terms of Use and the Personal Data Policy, which govern Your navigation on the Site and our relationship if You order products on the Site (the “Products”).
Within the framework of these GTC, it is agreed that “You” or the “Buyer” refers to the person browsing the Site and/or ordering Products on the Site; “We” or the “Seller” refers to the company identified in the legal notice above; the Buyer and the Seller will be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as the “Party.”
Any order of a Product on the Site implies the consultation and express acceptance of these GTC.
In accordance with applicable legislative and regulatory provisions, it is recalled that the validation of the order form as specified in these GTC constitutes an electronic contract between the Parties, which serves as proof between the Parties of the entirety of the order and the enforceability of the sums due in execution of said order.
Terms of Purchase
The Products We offer on the Site are reserved for individuals who are (i) adults (or minors holding authorization from their legal representative allowing them to place an order on the Site) and (ii) have full legal capacity to place orders on the Site.
We reserve the right at any time to ask You for proof of identity attesting to your age and/or the aforementioned legal representative’s authorization. We reserve the right not to fulfill an order and/or to exclude from our customer/prospect database any Buyer who has not responded to the above request or who does not meet the requirements set out in this clause.
It is specified that the Products are intended for the Buyer’s personal use, which must not be related to their professional activity, including any resale of the Product. As such, it is specified that a single Buyer is authorized to order a maximum of 25 units of the same reference per order.
Products
Product Unavailability
In case of Product unavailability, You will be informed of this unavailability:
- either, when placing the order: a message will appear indicating that the desired Product is temporarily unavailable,
- or, following order validation and before delivery, by email.
If the order is validated by the Buyer, they will then receive a single partial order, without the unavailable Product(s) on the order date. The partial order will be shipped to the Buyer and delivered at the standard delivery rate indicated in the table in the “Price” Article below. The price of the order will then be invoiced to the Buyer, reduced by the price corresponding to the unavailable Product(s).
In the event that the full price was collected directly when the Buyer placed the order, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer the portion of the price corresponding to the unavailable Product(s) within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the notification of unavailability sent to the Buyer, and according to the payment method used by the Buyer.
In the event that the Buyer requests the cancellation of their entire order, the price of the order will not be collected.
In the event that the Buyer’s payment was collected immediately upon placing their order, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer the sums paid by them within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of their order cancellation request, according to the payment method used by the Buyer.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with regulations, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from your purchase on our site. This 14-day period begins the day after the contract is concluded or your package is delivered; if this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
You must notify your decision to withdraw by email, to the address info@revivre-bas.com
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in new condition (unopened).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the products and after verification of their condition, we will proceed with their refund via the payment method used during the order (credit card used, Paypal…) or by any other means if it proves impossible to proceed with an electronic refund protocol.
Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and are valid in the European Union, excluding overseas territories. They take into account any reductions as well as the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be reflected in the price of the Products.
User Ratings and Comments
You have the possibility to give your opinion and recommend each Product. You also have the possibility to consult the opinions and recommendations of other internet users. The opinions and recommendations expressed for each Product correspond to the average of the ratings and recommendations of internet users who answered each question, and are binding only on them. These opinions and recommendations can in no case constitute a contractual element on the part of the Seller.
The stars appearing on the Site next to the Products represent the average of the ratings, at a given moment, left by people who have expressed themselves on our Site about this Product. They are therefore subject to daily change.
